What is your check in times?

Check in is from 2pm till 8pm

Can I check in early?

Early check in is subject to availability for additional $25.00

Please phone ahead to confirm.

What if I am running late or need to check in at a later time?

Please Phone us as soon as possible to arrange alternate check in method.

Can I check out late?

Late check out is subject to availability for additional $25.00

Please phone ahead to confirm.

What time is your restaurant open?

Monday to Friday 10am till 6pm

Saturday and Sunday 10am till 7pm

Is my booking prepaid?

We charge 100% of the room rate within 48 hours of receiving your booking.

What happens if my card is invalid?

An invalid is marked if the payment has failed, we give you 24 hours to revise your credit card details if we do not here from you within 24 hours your booking will be canceled.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking for free up until 14 days prior to check in date, if you cancel within 14 days we cannot refund your booking.

How long does my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 to 21 days after receiving your cancellation
