Nightingale Wines Vineyard Update Jan 2018

We at Nightingales are approaching harvest. This is no doubt an exciting time of year. The vineyard is abuzz with activity with our winemakers and vineyard managers keeping a very close eye on things and, touch wood, we are looking good. We are testing the fruit for sugar, acid and taste to determine to optimum time to pick. At this stage the Verdelho is about 2 weeks away, the chardonnay a further 2 weeks with the reds to follow thereafter.

On the back of the success of our 2017 Reserve Semillon we are looking to add to our range a 2018 Reserve Shiraz. We will keep you posted on that plus an exciting new bubbly wine, happy days indeed.
